Hey everyone!
As you now know I am part of the staff now, in a really spur of the moment type thing! And now we have just a few new boards and I wanted to get you up to speed on how these things are supposed to work.
We have a modeling agency, acting agency, and a record label. Now first for the record label. When your character wants to become a singer, the first thing you need to do is establish this in the character. Start putting it into posts and stuff before you actually come to the record label and ask to be signed. A few small performances at clubs could help out the labels opinion of you! Then, after your singer dreams are established, go the LA Records and post in the Auditions room. A staff member will get back to you on if you are signed or not. Then once you are signed, people will request you on the Booking board. So pay attention to that board if you want to know the jobs you need to be attending and performing at!
The acting agency works alot like this! You simply fill out the application, then once you are signed your name and info will be posted on a list where people can reply and book you for events, and shows, and movies!
And the modeling Agency works pretty much like this. When you go in you just fill out the form in the Casting Office. One of the staff will post a reply in RP form and then your name will be added to the list of working models.
All stores, clubs, places of business may request a model/actor/singer to be present at an event, perform at an event, or do a photoshoot for them.
